I am a full-time Student at SJSU with a major in Psych and minor in Business. I support myself by teaching yoga and being a personal assistant. I am also extremely involve with MahaSiddha Buddhism and attend as many teachings as I can get to. Everynight I come home to my lovely Lalita and spend every free moment I can with her. She is my best friend and girlfriend for the past 4 and a half years. Yeah that's pretty much my life: School, Dharma, work, and fun in no particualr order. I really enjoy my life and my sangha.

I first found yoga and meditation through Maha Siddha Buddhism back in 2004. I immediately fell in love with it and started practicing everyday. After practicing on my own I soon wanted more and attended the yoga teacher training offered by Maha Siddha Buddhism; a 500 hour training including an intro to ayurveda and learning how to lead meditation. The yoga teacher training is designed by Kali Ma Troma Rinpoche of the Maha Siddha lineage and was presented in concordance with the ayurvedic principles and focuses a great deal on balancing and healing. After completion of the training I was fortunate enough to continue working with my instructor Aruna Rigdzin to go deeper into the teachings. I was then invited by Maha Siddha Buddhism to assist in future yoga teacher trainings and teach yoga classes at select retreats. Meanwhile I was attending 1,425 hours of clinical ayurvedic training at the California College of Ayurveda deepening my knowledge in the ayurvedic tradition. I am currently a full time student at SJSU studying psychology with the ultimate goal of practicing Holistic Psychology.
